Message	Vendors have shelves full of non billet turbos, why would they promote billet? Check a florida based tuning company called AWD. No Z's but hey do some porsches, evo's, supra's, etc. and they use billet turbos exclusively, and get big power! If u buy a billet turbo with a cast compressor wheel you got ripped off, and that would explain why you probably feel no difference in performance.
